We knew from the very beginning that we wanted to bridge the gap between different teams and different silos so when we wanted to add the rest, it was actually the biggest honor to be a step function on the trajectory of the company when we actually managed to do that and we noticed that we could also sell it and customers are also going to update it in addition. Despite all that, we ended up in a situation where operations hated development, development hated operations, we were finger pointing all day.
